Flu Shots 2019-2020

In an effort to MAKE THE DIFFERENCE with our employees and promote a healthy work environment for both employees and the people that we support, L.A.D.D., Inc. is partnering with Rite Aid’s Workplace Flu Shot Program.  Flu shots are free to all employees only, and there are no out of pocket costs to you.

• Enter your name, email, and the security code, and then click submit.
• The request will come directly to Human Resources.
• HR will send the voucher to your Manager to print and give to you.

Once you have the voucher, take it to any Rite Aid in Michigan, fill out a form, show ID, and receive the flu shot.  It’s that simple!
