Mental illnesses are not adjectives. They are real-life ailments that cause harm and are in some instances are life-threatening and plaguing. They're not words to use on others to hurt or to belittle.

Next time you feel the urge to use words like psycho, schizo, bipolar, or emo think twice. It's not right. Every time you use mental illnesses to describe someone negatively, you deepen the stigma surrounding it. #CureStigma
